Rows Per Side

Specifies the number of I/O rows to be created. The available options are One Row and Two Rows.

Row Spacing

Specifies the row spacing between two rows. By default, this value is zero.

Edges

Lists the edges along which rows are to be created. The available options are TOP, LEFT, BOTTOM, and RIGHT.

Row number

Specifies the row for which parameters are to be applied.

Site Pattern

Lists the patterns defined in the technology file. The available options are pad, bondPad, and corner.

Site Orient

Specifies the relative orientation of the pad inside the row. You can choose from eight legal orientations in the drop-down menu (R0, R90, R180, R270, MY, MYR90, MX, or MXR90).
