CDF Expressions

CEL (CDF Expression Language) is another name for the Analog Expression Language (AEL) that works with CDF parameters. With AEL you can express a value as a mathematical expression instead of a single, fixed value. In such an expression, symbolic names such as sheetResistivity can refer to values that are computed and set on one of the following:

• CDF parameter on the same design component
• CDF parameter on the parent design component
