Description

Finds if the Pcell parameter of a master is overridden at the instance.

dbobject	Specifies the database ID of the cellview that is searched to get the library name and the cell name.
t_string	Specifies the string to be searched.

`t`	The Pcell parameter is overridden.
`nil`	The param is not overridden and an error is reported if no related parameter is found.
