Retrieves the equivalent connectivity time that is set on the specified cellview.

Arguments

d_cvId

Database ID of a cellview

Value Returned

t_timeString	Equivalent connectivity time that is set on the cellview.
nil	No equivalent connectivity time is set.

Example

Equivalent connectivity time Feb 17 12:01:27 2016 is returned for the cellview cvId.

dbGetCellViewEquivalentConnectivityTime(cvId) => "Feb 17 12:01:27 2016"
