Description

Fixes data corruption in inherited connectivity, rectangle, and instance header. This is a no-op function.

Arguments

d_cellViewId	Specifies the cellview ID.
g_reBind	Specifies whether rebinding is needed.

Value Returned

t	The data corruption was fixed.
nil	The data corruption was not fixed.
