Description

Scales (magnifies) and/or rotates all shapes in a cellview.

Arguments

d_cellViewId	The database cellview ID.
f_mag	The magnification factor - 1.0 is a no-op.
f_angle	The rotation angle in degrees.

Value Returned

t	The function executed successfully.
nil	An error occurred.
