Library Synchronization Functions

Applications call ddsSyncWithForm (dmbSyncWithForm) to start the synchronization and ddsEndSyncWithForm (dmbLibBrowserFormDone) to end it (the dmb functions are provided for backward compatibility). These calls must be paired to properly maintain the Library Browser state.
