Description

Opens the Background CellView form which is used to superimpose cellviews in the same window.

The background cellview is displayed under the current editable cellview. Any cellview from any library can be used as background cellview.

Arguments

None

Value Returned

t	Opens the Background CellView form.
nil	The specified cellview does not exist.
