=> t_topLibName / nil 

Description

Gets the name of the top library of a configuration specified by h_configId.

Arguments

h_configId

The ID of a configuration obtained with hdbOpen.

Value Returned

t_topLibName	The top library name of the configuration specified by h_configId.
nil	Did not get the top library name of the configuration specified by h_configId.
