Description

Retrieves an instance or mosaic. dbGetInstByName is maintained only for backward compatibility; you should now use dbFindAnyInstByName.

Arguments

d_cellView	Name of the cellview.
t_name	Name of the instance.

Value Returned

d_inst	The database object of the instance.
nil	The instance or mosaic is not retrieved.
