Active Wire Types Functions

Width Spacing Patterns include wire types that can be defined per track pattern. Active Wire Types functions enable users and applications to specify tracks, which are active or not filtered by wire type, using one of the following:

• per-design database basis
• per-widthSpacingSnapPatternDef basis
• per-pattern region basis

These functions also provide the capability to clear the specifications. For example, it is required to be able to specify that no tracks are allowed and all are filtered on a pattern region.
