Description

Sets the logical view to use for a specified logical cell in the physical configuration associated with the given ID.

Arguments

g_physConfigID	ID of the physical configuration cellview.
t_logLib	Name of the library containing the logical cell.
t_logCell	Name of the logical cell.
t_logViewToUse	Name of the logical view to use.

Value Returned

t	The cellview binding was set.
nil	The cellview binding was not set.
