Lowers a window to the bottom of the list of visible windows.

When this function is:

Passed a session window ID – The specified window is lowered
Passed a window ID and the session window does not contains multiple tabs – The specified window is lowered
Passed a window ID and the session window contains multiple tabs – The function behaves similarly to hiLowerTab.

This function is not available in Concept SKILL. For more information, see Design Entry HDL–SKILL Routines.

w_windowId

Window you want to lower. w_windowId can also be a session window or a floating dock window.

`t`	The window is lowered to the bottom of the list.
`nil`	The window is not lowered to the bottom of the list. An error message is also issued.
