Restores a graphics window to the view displayed before the last zoom or pan command.

This function is not available in Concept SKILL. For more information, see Design Entry HDL–SKILL Routines.

w_window

The ID of a graphics window.

`t`	The view is restored. If there was no previous zoom or pan in this window, the display is not changed and this function returns `t`.
`nil`	w_window is invalid.
