Description
Changes the magnifier size dynamically.
Argument

Resizes the frame of the magnifier by multiplying its current width and height by the setting given. For example, if resizeBy is set to 0.5, the area of the magnifier is quarter of its current size, as both sides of the magnifier are reduced by half.
