Adding a Rectangle to a Polygon

To add a rectangle to a polygon:

1. In the layout window, choose Edit – Advanced – Reshape.
2. Select a polygon on the canvas.
3. Press F3 to open the Reshape form.
4. From Mode, select rectangle as the reshape mode.
5. Create a rectangle that intersects the polygon on the canvas.
6. Click the middle mouse button to toggle between highlighting the new shape and highlighting both the old and new shape.
   
   
7. When the shape you want is highlighted, click on the canvas.
