Stitch and UnStitch

Stitch is a method that can be used to fix color conflicts by breaking one shape into two overlapping “stitched” shapes, each assigned to a different mask.

UnStitch is used to remove stitches.

Enable Stitch mode.

Enable UnStitch mode.

By default, the Stitch toolbar is hidden. Some processes do not support stitching. If your process supports stitching, you can show the Stitch toolbar by setting the hideStitchingTools environment variable to nil.

For detailed information on how to use stitch mode, refer to Methods to Fix Multiple Patterning Violations.
