Specifies the method of calculating the voltage of a net.

"maxDelta" | "absolute"

When the default value of maxDelta is used, the voltage is determined by the maximum delta voltage of two neighboring nets.

When the value is absolute, the voltage is determined by the maximum voltage of a net, irrespective of the voltage of the neighboring net.
