Editing Group Contents by Using Edit In Place

You can edit the contents of a group either by using the Edit In Place command or by switching to transparent group mode.

To edit group contents by using the Edit In Place command:

1. On the layout canvas, click the group whose contents you want to edit.
2. Choose Edit – Hierarchy – Edit In Place.
   Alternatively, you can right-click the group to display the Group shortcut menu and select Edit In Place.
3. Perform the desired edit operations on the objects within the group.
4. Choose Edit – Hierarchy – Return to Level or right-click anywhere on the design canvas and select Return from the Layout shortcut menu.

In a row type of FigGroup, you can edit or stretch the objects within the group when the selection mode is set to partial. By using this feature, you can stretch multiple rows or rails at the same time.
