View
|
Specifies the name of the new master variant view to be generated for the selected instances.
By default, the variant view name for the first variant is specified as layout_variant_1, with each new variant name automatically incrementing to layout_variant_2, and so on. You can specify any name for the new variant, instead of choosing the default name.
If the specified variant view already exists, a thumbnail image of the same is also displayed alongside the View field. In this case, a new variant is not created and saved on disk, but the layout instance is remastered.
