Select Violation for all net voltages to report all violations corresponding to a particular net or instance for all possible crossings (or connectivity), that is, all possible driver and receiver elements, their supply or ground voltages, and all possible supply states for which the elements are applicable. When this option is deselected, the violation count is reduced by filtering violations for a particular net or instance in such a way that you see only a single violation for an explicit driver and receiver element with a single supply or ground voltage combination and the element's occurrence in a single supply state.
