Specifies that the heat-sink effect should be included in SHE analysis.
To set this variable in the .cdsinit file or CIW, use the call:
envSetVal("voltusXFi.em" "enableHeatSink" 'boolean t)
To set this variable in the .cdsenv file, use the call:
voltusXFi.em enableHeatSink boolean t
