Specifies the foundry.

To set this variable in the .cdsinit file or CIW, use the call:

envSetVal("voltusXFi.project" "foundry" 'string "foundry_name")

To set this variable in the .cdsenv file, use the call:

voltusXFi.project foundry string "foundry_name"
