paramFileFit
Specifies the SHE analysis parameter (param.sh) file with the FIT information for all segments of metals and vias.
To set this variable in the .cdsinit file or CIW, use the call:
envSetVal("voltusXFi.em" "paramFileFit" 'string "file")
To set this variable in the .cdsenv file, use the call:
voltusXFi.em paramFileFit string "file"
