Specifies the RC iRCX file provided by the foundry to be used for EM analysis.

To set this variable in the .cdsinit file or CIW, use the call:

envSetVal("voltusXFi.em" "rciRCXFile" 'string "file")

To set this variable in the .cdsenv file, use the call:

voltusXFi.em rciRCXFile string "file"
