Specifies the number of tiles in the X direction for the Tiles mode of SHE analysis.

To set this variable in the .cdsinit file or CIW, use the call:

envSetVal("voltusXFi.em" "tileXSHE" 'int "value")

To set this variable in the .cdsenv file, use the call:

voltusXFi.em tileXSHE int "value"
