The Y vs Y Form

The Y vs Y form lets you change the independent axis to plot several signals at once against a new x-axis variable, which is the y-axis variable (dependent axis) of the selected trace.

Field Description

Select a Trace

Lets you select the trace whose dependent axis (y-axis variable) is used as the independent axis (x-axis variable) of the output waveform.

Plot Destination

Lets you select the following options:

  • New subwindow: The output waveform is plotted to a new subwindow of the graph window in which the input waveform is plotted.
  • New Window: The output waveform is plotted in a new graph window.

Graph Title

Specifies the title of the output graph.

The default title is Unit1 vs. Unit2, where Unit2 is the y-axis variable of the selected trace and Unit1 is the y-axis variable of the existing trace.

For example: V vs. I

The Zoom To Form

The Zoom To form lets you specify the options to zoom out the graph window to the specified size of the pan bar.

Field Description

Minimum

Specifies the minimum value for the pan bar.

Maximum
