JUNCAP Model
The JUNCAP model describes the behavior of the diodes that are formed by the source, drain, or well-to-bulk junctions in MOSFET devices. It is integrated into the BSIM4 model to replace the original junction model released by UC Berkeley. The model can be enabled by using the model parameter juncap.

juncap=0, the original junction model in bsim4 is used -
If
juncap=1, JUNCAP model will be used -
If
juncap=2, JUNCAP200 model will be used
The equations and parameters of JUNCAP model in bsim4 are the same as JUNCAP/JUNCAP200 model.
