Instantiating BGA Instances

Ball grid array (BGA) instances are a type of package instance. To instantiate BGA instances in a schematic:

Click CIW – File – Import – From Allegro. The Import Allegro File form opens.
Select the Add Symbol cellView for new BGA Components in the Import Allegro File form for creating the symbol while importing from Allegro.
Click OK. It creates a schematic symbol of the BGA, which can be instantiated in the schematic.
