This section describes device regions for the BJT model.

The device region is	If
`breakdown`	bvsub is given and V_CS >= bvsub
	bvbe is given and V_BE <= bvbe
	bvce is given and V_CE >= bvce
`saturation`	V_BE > vbefwd and V_BC > vbcfwd
`reverse`	V_BC > vbcfwd and V_BE <= Vbefwd
`off`	none of the above conditions are true
